Overhaul — double-or-nothing. Your AI visibility score, measured by the same 22-point audit before and 30 days after the overhaul, will at least double, or the overhaul fee is refunded in full. The audit methodology is published and deterministic; you can verify every check independently. This requires that the changes we implement remain in place during the 30-day window.
The Moat — judge us in 90 days. We set target metrics with you at the start. If those leading indicators haven't moved by day 90, you don't owe the next invoice. We never guarantee a specific AI citation — the engines aren't ours to control — only the work and the measurable signals behind it.
Timely access to your website (or its manager/developer) and factual information about your business. The 7-day delivery clock starts when access is provided. If your site's platform cannot support certain fixes (for example, a fully JavaScript-rendered site that requires a rebuild), we'll tell you before you pay, not after.
The overhaul is invoiced upfront. Refunds under the guarantee are paid in full within 10 business days of the 30-day re-audit. Monitoring fees are non-refundable for the month in progress but carry no lock-in beyond it.
We fix the measurable, technical signals that make your site readable and citable to AI engines. We do not control the engines themselves and cannot promise a specific AI answer, ranking, or revenue outcome — anyone who promises that is guessing. Our guarantee is scoped to the audit score because that's the part we can prove.
Our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. All work is performed with reasonable skill and care; every change we make is documented and reversible.
